Coach Kier - Head Coach & Founder
Head coach and founder Kier is the driving force behind the Generation Elite Academy. Kieran strives for greatness in anything and everything and works full time, day in, day out, on the GEA. With the natural competitive edge and superb attention to detail, our founder is extremely focussed on leading the way within the football coaching industry.
Regarded as the top coach in individual player development, along with elite intelligence on the football mindset and technique, Kier is the coach obsessed with focusing on the growth of players within the game. It was destined for our founder to take the GEA to the highest of levels.
Kier also specialises in the mindset and emotional intelligence of players within the game. With the overall aim to create all rounded, great young people, within football and life combined.
Coach Ryan
Meet Coach Ryan
Coach Ryan has been an integral part of the Generation Elite team since the start. With five years of experience in football coaching, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, backed by his FA Level 1 coaching qualification.
Ryan’s relationship with football extends beyond coaching. He has played for Ringwood Town and is a dedicated supporter of England, showing his deep connection with the sport. His love for football started at a young age, and this passion is evident in every session he leads.
Off the field, Ryan’s interests are diverse. He is an avid fisherman, finding joy and tranquillity in the sport. Additionally, Ryan has a knack for darts, having achieved a 180 score, which showcases his focus and precision.
Coach Ryan is enthusiastic about teaching players new skills and techniques, ensuring they can apply these effectively in games. He believes in creating a fun and rewarding environment for all his players, fostering a love for the game and personal growth.
Coach Jamie
MEET COACH Jamie
Coach Jamie became a part of Generation Elite in September 2023, bringing with him an impressive 12 years of experience in football coaching.
Jamie’s extensive coaching background, evidenced by his Level 2 and Youth Module 2 qualifications, has equipped him with a deep understanding of the game and a diverse set of coaching techniques.
As a committed Tottenham supporter, Jamie’s passion for football extends to all aspects of the sport. His support for Tottenham is reflected in his coaching style, which combines enthusiasm with a strategic approach to player development.
Away from the football pitch, Jamie enjoys a variety of hobbies that balance his professional life. He is an avid fisherman, finding relaxation and enjoyment in the sport.
Golf is another of his pursuits, offering him both a challenge and a way to unwind. Most importantly, Jamie values spending quality time with his kids, highlighting his family-oriented nature.
At Generation Elite, Coach Jamie is renowned for his wealth of coaching knowledge and his ability to connect with players on a personal level. His approach to coaching is not just about skill development but also about nurturing a well-rounded love for the game.
coach Nathanial
MEET COACH Nathaniel ( Bubba)
Coach Nathanial (Bubba) joined Generation Elite in September 2023, marking the start of his formal coaching career. Before this, Nathanial contributed his skills as a volunteer PE teacher at Twynham School, where he coached football, laying the foundation for his coaching journey.
Nathanial’s playing history is impressive, having been part of both Poole Town and Christchurch FC, as well as the academies of Portsmouth and AFC Bournemouth.
This varied playing experience at different levels of the game provides him with a deep understanding of football, which he brings to his coaching role.
An avid Arsenal supporter, Nathanial’s love for football is matched by his commitment to his team. His enthusiasm for the sport is evident in his coaching style, which is both dynamic and insightful.
Outside of football, Nathanial leads an adventurous and diverse life. He is currently studying to become a chiropractor, showcasing his dedication to personal growth and professional development.
His hobbies are eclectic and include practising Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, skydiving experiences that have been nothing short of dramatic, and a unique ability to count up to 100 in Japanese, a skill he acquired in year five and still remembers.
Nathanial is also setting his sights on completing an ultra-endurance run this year, demonstrating his remarkable determination and stamina.
At Generation Elite, Coach Nathanial is known for his holistic approach to coaching, combining his rich football background with a fascinating array of personal pursuits and ambitions.
coach Frankie
MEET COACH FRANKIE
Coach Frankie joined Generation Elite in September 2022, bringing two years of valuable coaching experience to the team.
Frankie’s background in football is extensive, having played for notable teams like Bournemouth, Leicester, West Brom, and currently Weymouth FC. This wealth of playing experience enriches his coaching style, blending practical skills with strategic insights.
A dedicated Liverpool supporter, Frankie’s passion for football extends beyond the pitch. He embodies the enthusiasm and commitment that Liverpool fans are renowned for, and this fervour translates into his coaching philosophy.
Off the field, Frankie enjoys a relaxed lifestyle. He spends his free time in various leisure activities, including going to the gym, chilling with friends, and playing darts and golf.
These hobbies not only offer him a break from the intensity of football but also reflect his well-rounded character and approach to life.
In his role at Generation Elite, Coach Frankie brings a unique blend of professional experience, personal passion, and a relaxed yet focused approach to nurturing young talent.
Coach Alicia
MEET COACH Alicia
Coach Alicia began her coaching journey with Generation Elite in November 2023. Despite being new to the role, she’s enthusiastic about enhancing her skills and qualifications.
Alicia’s football experience is diverse, playing for Wimbourne Town FC and Dorset Futsal and leading a women’s 5-a-side session each Tuesday. She actively contributes to the coaching of these teams, reflecting her commitment to the sport.
Holding the BT PlayMaker by England Football qualification and completing Safeguarding for All training, Alicia is dedicated to ensuring a safe and positive playing environment.
Alicia’s interest in football includes a fondness for Aston Villa Women, although she doesn’t follow a specific team. Her passion is apparent in every aspect of her involvement in the sport.
Beyond football, Alicia pursues various interests. She’s a keen painter, focusing on portraits and animal art, and enjoys creative DIY projects.
Paddleboarding and spending time outdoors are among her favourite activities. Alicia also spends time developing her football skills and relaxing at the sports club.
Coach Alicia’s approach at Generation Elite is holistic, concentrating on skill development and the overall well-being and enjoyment of the players, blending her love for football with a range of other interests and talents.
